On your day of arrival, you can proceed directly to the property to obtain access.
Key
The key is stored in a key safe at the property accessed by a code unique to your booking.
The access code will be sent to you by SMS and/or email at check-in time on the day of your arrival.
Keysafe Location
The keysafe is located at the front of the house on the left hand side near the cactus garden.
When you leave at the end of your stay, lock the front door and leave the key back in the key safe and scramble the code once you've closed the key safe.

The property must be vacated by 11.00am.
Check-out Checklist
Before departure please complete the following checklist:

Ensure the property is left as you found it in a neat and tidy manner.

Place all rubbish in the bins provided.

If you used the BBQ during your stay, please ensure it is cleaned after use.

Remove all food and drinks from the fridge and discard in the bins provided (if not taking with you).

Check each room for personal items.

Turn off all lights, heaters and air conditioners.

Ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked.
-
Place key back in the key safe and scramble the code.

After Hours Emergency Assistance
Should you require emergency after hours assistance, please contact 0418397287.
Only calls to assist with the failure of essential services and equipment will be attended to after hours.
If a representative is required to attend a property after hours, a minimum call out fee of $175 will apply unless it is a property matter that requires urgent attention.
Cleaning
To avoid additional cleaning fees, we ask you to please leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. This includes the washing of dishes and putting them away, and returning any moved furniture to its original position.
Please also remember that this property is non-smoking.
Damage
Please contact us immediately upon arrival if you notice any damage or breakages at your property.
We also understand that accidents do happen, so please notify us of any breakages or damages during your stay.
Mobile Phone Coverage
Please remember we are in a regional area and mobile coverage can be patchy or unavailable depending on the network coverage of your service provider.
On Your Departure
Please ensure that all lights, heating and cooling is turned off and the property is securely locked on your departure.
Don't forget to do a quick check before leaving to ensure you haven't forgotten any personal belongings.
Please place the property key back in the key safe on departure.
Wood Fire
This property has a wood fire inside the house and a firepit in the backyard. Wood is provided for your enjoyment of these facilities. Please adhere to any fire restrictions which may be inplace during the hotter months.
For safety reasons, please do not empty the wood fire of ashes, as this may pose a fire risk.
WiFi / Internet
Wifi details will be provided on the day of arrival.
If there is a power outage and power returns there may be a 15 minute delay before all services are returned.
